Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your SamaReply data at any time. There are three ways.
1. Delete your account in SamaReply
Sign in, open Settings — the link is in the footer of every page — and choose Delete everything.
Your access is cut immediately and the erasure completes 24 hours later. Until then you can undo it by signing in with Facebook again.
2. Ask Facebook to delete your data
Go to Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, open SamaReply, and choose the option to request deletion of your data.
Facebook notifies us and the erasure is scheduled straight away. It completes within 24 hours, and no further action is needed from you.
3. Ask us
Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
We respond within 30 days, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.
Removing the app is not the same as deleting your data
If you go to Apps and Websites and simply remove SamaReply, we lose access immediately: your stored access tokens are revoked and every automatic reply stops.
That does not erase what we already hold. To have it erased as well, use one of the two ways above.
What is deleted
Your account, your Page connections, your encrypted access tokens, all cached comment text and author information, and your reply history.
Comment text is deleted after 30 days in any case, whether or not you ask.
Invoices are retained for 10 years where the law requires it (§ 147 AO). They contain billing details, not comment data.
