These terms govern your use of SamaReply, operated by Profi Phone — Mhd Ibrahim Hamdeh, Lützner Str. 33, 04177 Leipzig, Germany.
The service
SamaReply lets you publish one reply text to comments on a post on a Facebook Page you administer.
You must hold the Moderate permission on any Page you connect.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of the replies you send. Do not use SamaReply to publish unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
You must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Community Standards. Your Page is yours to protect.
You must not use the service to send bulk identical replies in a way that would reasonably be considered spam.
Availability
SamaReply is provided during beta free of charge and without any guarantee of availability.
The service depends on Facebook’s API. Where Facebook restricts, changes or rate-limits access, the service may be delayed or unavailable.
Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory statutory liability applies, including injury to life, body or health.
We are not liable for actions Meta takes against your Facebook Page or account.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers the service.
Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, Germany.
